Minnesota law restricts the sale of products containing any cannabinoid or THC extracted or otherwise derived from hemp to anyone under the age of 21.
Rhode Island:
Rhode Island law restricts the sale of hemp-derived consumable CBD products to anyone under the age of 21. “Hemp-derived consumable CBD product” is defined as any product meant for ingestion by a human or animal, including, but not limited to, concentrates, extracts, and hemp infused foods and products, which contains cannabidiol derived from a hemp plant.
